About the Book

The scientific and systematic planned programme for Islamisation of knowledge has attracted the author to have this comparative study. Infact, it aims to elevate the position and dignity of Islamic Law, Shariah Courts, Judges and the law may have its due recognisation in the society which was relegated to the lower position during British Rule.

The Western Laws have affected the inherited traditional values giving rise to the feeling of inferiority and frustration which often express itself in nihilism and despair. This study provides remedies to the modem problems.

Indian Law relating to Criminal Breach of Trust is suppose to be most up-to-date and modem man made law. The comprision of Islamic Criminal Breach of Trust has been made with a view that it may also be tested and its worth known to the modem world.
