The mantle of leading the Sikhs as their sixth guru, fell early on the shoulders of Har Gobind. But he proved more than equal to the task. Not only did he lead his people spiritually but also transformed them into a militant community that fought tyranny and oppression. And all this while the people he trusted betrayed him constantly in a bid for power.
