Book Description
Preface

“I have found that whenever we skip over the Annual Chart we do great injustice to ourselves”.

The above are the famous words written by Shri L.D. Madan in the April, 1990 issue of “The Babaji”. He wrote the article when there was a request from many quarters as to how he had predicted that Rajiv Gandhi will not come back as the Prime Minister of India and that V.P. Singh was destined to be India’s Prime Minister. Astrologers who had predicted the return of Rajiv Gandhi as Prime Minister were now running helter skelter and making ridiculous excuses to the public. Again in 1991, Shri L.D. Madan predicted that Congress (I) will come to power without Rajiv Gandhi and the horoscope of Rajiv Gandhi was now sealed forever within his 47th year (ending August 20, 1991). Again, he had demonstrated the excellence of Varshphal.

In this book I have put together a lot of combinations and techniques I have learnt from him for which Jam indebted to him. The readers will find the system of Annual horoscopy of great use and are advised never to miss casting it if they do not wish to go wrong.

Varshphal, Annual horoscope, Tajika system or the science of solar return is a unique feature of Vedic astrology propounded by Hindu seers. It was systematised by Neelkantha in his work ‘Tajika Neelkanthi.’ I have gone through various ancient texts available on this subject in Hindi, Urdu and Sanskrit. In this book I am presenting the conclusions before the readers.

I would like to acknowledge the help and guidance of the greatest astrologer of our times, Shri L.D. Madan during the writing of this book. I also offer my sincere thanks to Shri Sanjeev Kapahi, a learned and noted scholar of Vedic astrology for his valuable comments. I acknowledge the help of Slid Anoop Kashyap and Slid Dheeraj Popli in proof reading and preparation the horoscopes for this book. Lastly, my sincere thanks to Shri Narendra Sagar of Sagar Publications for the pains he has taken in bringing this book before the public.

If any reader has any query regarding the subject matter of the book, they may write to me and will be dispatched a reply within 4 to 6 weeks of receipt of the letter. I also welcome valuable suggestions from the readers for improving the future editions of the book.
