The story of Rama and Lakshmana, the idolized relationship between brothers is the subject that appeals without qualification to all. When a court intrigue forced him to abdicate his throne, Rama went into exile together with his brother Lakshmana and his wife Sita. There Ravana abducted Sita and thereon Ram and Lakshmana remained together, consoled each other and did their best to free Sita. During the period, many a times their love foe each other was put to test, and each time they emerged winners.
Facing each other, almost identical in their attire, knotted hair and features are the two brothers. The reason for replicating everything is to show similar qualities and bonding between them. The artist has used brilliant colours and the empty space is filled with flowers and leaves in equally bright colours
