His holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar a spiritual leader and humanitarian was born in 1956 in southern India. He was often found deep in meditation as a child. At the age of four he astonished his teaches by reciting the Bhagavad Gita. To globalize the knowledge of leading a happy stress free life. His Holiness established and international educational and humanitarian NGO- the Art of Living in 1982. Today, with a presence in over 140 countries, The art of living is one of the largest volunteer based organizations in the world.

There are five different types of dreams. The first type of dream is premonition; whatever that might happen to you in a few days that would come to you as a dream. The second type desires. The fourth type of dream is not connected to you at all but is connected to the place where you are. And the fifth type of dream is a mixture of all this.
