Mohan Kumar, an honest and conscientious man works as the general manager of a shipping company owned by his very good friend, Dinesh. Jugal Kishore, Bhandari and Balwant, a notorious gang of smugglers, all working under Mohan Kumar in the same shipping company. When Mohan comes to know of their dubious activities, the three plan to murder Dinesh and frame Mohan Kumar. A helpless Mohan Kumar, unable to prove his innocence is sentenced to life imprisonment. His wife gets killed in an accident, and his son gets lost. Mohan Kumar swears to take revenge. After serving life imprisonment Mohan Kumar meets Puri, a man with underworld connections, whose life he had saved while in prison. Mohan Kumar in his search for hid missing son locates Roma, Dinesh’s daughter, who is living with her alcoholic maternal uncle, Jagdish. Fate and destiny make Mohan Kumar’s son work with Jugal Kishore and his gang. By strange circumstances Ravi meets Roma and even saves the life of Mohan Kumar. Roma and Ravi by this time are madly in love. A stage comes in Ravi’s life when he is assigned by Jugal Kishore and Balwant to kill Mohan Kumar, who is proving to be a great threat to them. Does Ravi kill his own father? Or will fate intervene?
