This dress comes in a bright red bridal color with golden zardozi work on the neck and the dupatta. The work on the neck and the yoke consists of checks within which flowers are patterned with Kora and Dabka work. The pattern really makes the entire dress look marvelous.

The dupatta has a broad embroidery of zardozi patterned in floral shapes which are enclosed within checks, which is similar to the work on the neck.

The dress should be stitched in a traditional Punjabi style so as to make the work on the neck and front prominent.

Zardozi is the traditional art patronized on the royal garments long ago, with gold and silver embroidery work. Zardozi today is however done in the same pattern but in gold colored embroidery. The various patterns formed on the zardozi are called Dabka, Kora etc. depending on the type of work
