Piyusa Varsini Vrtti (Shower of Nectar A Commentary on Upadesamrta), Sri Godrumacandra Bhajanopadesa (Teachings for Worship in Godruma) and Sva Niyama Dvadasakam (Twelve Verses for Self Regulation)
tan-nāma-rūpa-caritādi-sukīrtanānusmrtyoh krameņa rasana-manasi niyojya || tişthan vraje tad-anurāgi janānugāmi kālas nayed akhilam ity upadeśa-sāram ||
One should spend all one's time engaging the mind and tongue in remembering and glorifying Krsna's name, form and pastimes, living in Vraja, and in following in the footsteps of the great devotees, with great love for Krsņa. This is the essence of instructions.
dhana-yauvana-jīvana-rājya-sukham nahi nityam anuksaņa-nāśa-param | tyaja grāmya-kathā-sakalam viphalam bhaja godruma-kānana-kuñja-vidhum ||
The happiness of wealth, youth, life and kingdom are not permanent. They are all being destroyed at every moment. Giving up all useless materialistic discussion, worship Caitanya, the moon in the forest bower of Godruma.
- Śrī-Godruma-candra-Bhajanopadeśa, Verse 2
na vaikunthe rājye na ca visaya-kārye mam ratir na nirvāṇe mokse mama matir ihāste kşaņam api / vrajānandad anyad dhari-vilasitam pāvanam api kathañcin mām rādhānvaya-virahitam no sukhayati ||
I have no attraction to Vaikuntha, material kingdom or material activities. I do not think for a moment of impersonal liberation. The pastimes of the Lord, though purifying, devoid of the bliss of Vraja, devoid of connection to Rādhā, give me no happiness at all.
- Sva-Niyama-Dvādaśakam, Verse 7
