The Psychology Of Love Wisdom Of Indian Mythology
The Psychology Of Love Wisdom Of Indian Mythology
Description
From the Jacket: The dilemmas involved in the process of falling in love, love itself and marriage continue to perplex and torment. More often than not, the ecstasy of romantic love dissolves into anger, disillusionment, and finally, resentment.

Taking the reader through the entire journey of love with its tumultuous ups and downs, Rashna Imhasly-Gandhi, a practising psychologist, helps us understand our psyche, examine our expectations - conscious and subconscious, and then reveals what actual loving is all about. Using the Radha-Krishna, Shiva Shakti myths, she paves a practical path towards solving marital crises, activating inner healing and sustaining love.

About the Author:

Rashna Imhasly Gandhi is a Delhi based practising psychologist. Her specialty lies in family and partner therapy. Born in Mumbai, one of her early formative influences was Swami Muktananda. She studied in India, USA and Switzerland. Married to a Swiss, they have one daughter. After living in Europe for seventeen years, she moved to New Delhi in 1984, where she began a counselling practice. She is actively involved in environmental and ecological issues, as well as peace and reconciliation projects. She continues to lecture and lead workshops and training courses in Switzerland, Germany, Holland and Mexico.

I’ve received the package 2 days ago. The painting is as beautiful as I whished! I’m very interesting in history, art and culture of India and I’m studing his civilization; so I’ve visited Rajasthan, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu and Kerala in theese years. I’m a draftwoman , so I like collect works of extraordinary arts and crafts of villages, that must be protected and helped. In a short time I’ll buy some others folk painting, as Madhubani , Kalamkari and – if it’s possible – Phad. In the meanwhile, I’m very happy to have in my home a work of your great artist. Namaste, Namaskara.
