Smita Shirole Yadav
Smita Shirole Yadav is a post graduate in fine arts. She holds a special place in her heart for the rich and beautiful Traditional Paintings from India.

An Artist par excellence she has many exhibitions to her credit while many of her paintings enhance the beauty of numerous homes in India and around the world.

Smita Shirole Yadav’s previous book Madhubani Paintings has been appreciated by the President of India Smt. Pratibhatai Patil.

Smita is not onbly an artist but also a zealous sports person. National and State champion in Rowing for almost a decade, she is recipient of the shiv Chhatrapati Shivaji Award for the year 1985-86, she is the first woman to represent the country in this sport. She is the first woman international umpire for rowing from India and also the first to win the Central governments prestigious Dhayanchand Lifetime Achievement Award for rowing at the hands of the President of India Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam in the year 2003.

Padma Raghavan
Padma Raghvan is an acclaimed Tanjhore artist and lover of temple art and architecture. She has co-authored a book named Navagraha Temples of Tamil Nadu. Her articles regularly feature in the Heritage India Magazine.
