About the Author

Born in 1935 at Belgaum, Karnataka state. Ravi Paranjape studied Art at Chitramandir, Belgaum, under Prof. K. B. Kulkarni. Ravi obtained the Govt. Diploma in Drawing and Painting from the then Bombay state in 1957. He enjoyed a brilliant career in Mumbai till 1990.

A resident of Pune since then, Ravi also writes on art matters from time to time and has authored a book Shikhare Rang Reshanchi in Marathi. His autobiography Brush Mileage and a book Neeladhavala Dhwajakhali on Cultural Nationalism were published in Marathi in 2006. I bought DVs supposed to receive 55 in the set instead got 48 and was in bad condition appears used and dusty. I contacted the seller to return the product and the gave 100% credit with apologies. I am very grateful because I had bought and will continue to buy products here and have never received defective product until now. I bought paintings saris..etc and always pleased with my purchase until now. But I want to say a public thank you to whom it may concern for giving me the credit. Thank you. Navieta.
