It is with great pleasure that we republish this book of the extracts from the teachings of H.H. Sri Sri Sachchidananda Shivabhinava arasimha Bharati Mahaswamigal (33'd Jagadguru) and H.H. Sri Sri Abhinava Vidyatirtba MabaswamigaJ (35th Jagadguru), in the series of publications of Sri Gnanananda Bharathi Grantha Prakasana Samithi.

Herein in Chapters I to XI Sri Jnanananda Bharathi Swamigal has condensed some of the valuable teachings of His Holiness Sri Sachchidananda Shivabhinava Narasimha Bharati Mahaswamigal and in Chapters XII to XIV those of His Holiness Sri Abhinava Vidyatirtha Mahaswamigal.

A prolific writer, the author, Sri Jnanananda Bharathi Swamigal, has many books and articles to his credit, written in English, Tamil and Sanskrit and they were published with the blessings of the Jagadgurus of Sri Sharada Peetham, Sringeri. The books were written with the sole aim of furthering and propagating the cause of Sanathana Dharma, Advaita Philosophy, The Sringeri Sharada Peetham's greatness and teachings of Their Holiness, the Jagadgurus ofSringeri Sharada Peetham.
