It has given me immense pleasure to read letters of appreciation on the low cost edition of Yogic cure for common diseases. People not only from India, but also from countries of Asia and Europe have spoken very highly of my contribution in the field of Therapeutic Yoga. I have felt highly honored.
In the low cost edition I had purposely limited the coverage to only eight chapters in order to keep the book in a moderate size. But ever since its publication a good number of people have requested me to cover some more common ailments and disorders of which I have the experience of treating and curing. Considering there requests I have enlarged this and added four new chapters in this edition. Chapter 8 covers Neck and Spinal Pain, Chapter 9 is on Sinus and Headache, chapter 10 shows the yogic method of curing eye disorders and chapter 12 provides a cart of daily Yoga practice for maintaining good health. I am sure these additions would make the book more useful to the people.
