Ingredients: Each Tab contains:
Shuddha Parada, Shuddha Gandhaka, Shuddha Tankana, Shuddha Dhattora beej, Shankha bhasma, Tamra bhasma, Tvak, Ela (Sookshma), Tvakpatra, Nagakeshara, Bilva, Karchoora, Shunthi, Pippali, Shuddha Vatsanabha, Maricha each 15.625 mg, processed in Bhrungaraja q.s., Preservatives used: Sodium Benzoate.

Indications: Hyperacidity, nausea/vomiting, pain in abdomen, hiccups, headache, giddiness, malabsorption syndrome.

Dosage & Anupan: 1 -2 tablets twice or thrice a day or as directed by the Physician. Preferably consume with cow milk.

Pathya (Preferred):
Diet: Light but nutritious diet, bitter and astringent food, green gram, cow milk, coconut water, pomegranate juice, amla.

Lifestyle: Regular habits of sleeping.

Apathya (To be avoided):
Diet: Heavy food, spicy and oily food, sour food, curd, stale food, fermented food, junk food.

Lifestyle: Keeping late nights, curbing the natural urges.
