Mahendra Behi whose only aim in life is to become rich who does not know the meaning of love, leaves his wife and son the marry a rich lady who is ailing and about to die from cancer. After he death he returns to take his family back. His wife a very determined and principal minded lady refuses to go with her husband because of the attitude of her husband but lets her son go with his father. Mahendra Behi walks out with the sun leaving his wife behind. This son grows up to be a handsome happy go lucky cassanova who falls in love with his classmate. Incidently his mother has just been deputed as the principla of the same college they are studying.
