Sharngdhar Samhita (M.Kh. A-8) Kas Swas Chikitsa
Ingredients: Each 100 gm is prepard from:
Kantakari 115.6 g, Guduchi, Chavya, Chitraka, Musta, Karkatashringi,
Shunthi, Maricha, Dhanyavasa, Bharangi, Rasna, Shati 1.15 g each, Sharkara
23.13 g, Goghrit, Til Tail, Madhu 9.25 g each, Vamsha 4.62 g, Pippali
Indications: Dry and Productive Cough, Breathlessness.
Dose: 3 to 6 g (1/2 to 1 tea spoonful) in the morning and evening
or as directed by the physician.
Diet: Light and easily digestible food.
Avoid: Oil, Red Chillies, Imli, Curd and Pulses.
Caution: To be taken under medical supervision.
