Description
About the Book

This book, based on the author's PhD thesis, offers a serious look at the exploration of ancient Indian literature Buddhist figurative literature in particular. Chinese moral books underplayed by most scholars, on the other hand, may be regarded as the end product/ byproduct of the literature. The author has addressed this issue in detail, and has suggested his own explanations. Most of the arguments in the books are presented on the basis of original sources. Extensive use of references and footnotes gives this book basically the character of a compendious dictionary of Buddhism and Hinduism.
