The border of the sari has a beautiful embroidery in pink yellow and gold threads, in floral and creeper pattern. There are gold sequins in between flowers. The pallav is very intricate with large floral patterns with entwined creepers and gold sequins in between. There are also small butis in between.
It makes a very good formal wear.
