How to wear a Sari

This south cotton sari has a body, which is woven in a double shade. The prominent color is brown mixed with green, which gives a unique color when exposed to light. On the body of the sari there are medium sized checks, which is one of most popular patterns in South India.

The border of the sari is in green color. There are a series of rhombus shaped small geometrical patterns woven in series in silver threads. The pallav is simple with vertical lines and weaves.
