Gurudev Swami Sivanandaji maharaj had specially gone to Mumbai to record his voice on the gramophone records. These records contained his wisdom teaching in the form of short speech and songs in his own voice. The Sivananda Audio Studio take great delight in bringing before you these gramophone records in the from Audio CD. In each there is one speech and one song.

However we regret that due to the age of the recorde we have suffered some loss in the quality of sound. We have dove our best and put hundreds of hours of effort in cleaning the noises. Hence, we request your forbearance and an opportunity to share with you the fruit of our love.
