Complying with the typical pata-chitra prototype figures and features, the
artist places Radha and Krishna on a lotus in a complex dance posture. Their
bodies entwined and limbs conjoined in a manner close to contortion. The
blue-bodied Krishna seems in sharp contrast to the golden complexioned
Radha. Their attire and ornaments are specific to the region and look

sharp edges, keeping with the smooth lines of the figures. The foreground
comprises of a lotus pond with a couple of swans. The dull beige background
