Supriya Jammalamadaka, a self-taught artist, embarked on her artistic journey during her school days by actively participating in painting competitions held in her hometown, Machilipatnam. Remarkably, she achieved success by winning more than 40 prizes at a young age.
Her passion for art and colors became evident, prompting her to delve deeper into various art forms and techniques. As a self-taught artist, she faced the challenges of learning independently, turning to online resources such as YouTube to grasp painting techniques through instructional videos.
Currently, Supriya has acquired proficiency in a diverse range of art mediums, including watercolor, acrylic, graphite, charcoal, soft pastels, oil pastels, and poster colors. Notably, she employs freehand techniques exclusively, opting not to rely on grid methods.
Her artistic inspiration draws from renowned figures such as Raja Ravi Verma, Rajkumar Sthabathy, and other artists worldwide. This journey reflects Supriya Jammalamadaka's dedication to continuous learning and her commitment to expressing herself through various artistic mediums.
