From this point onward, what I'm about to write holds many secrets of creation. So I have chosen to share only what you need to know. I won't reveal that which isn't meant to be shared. But if you pay close attention and understand what I'm saying, you'll come to know the secret for yourself.
For someone who has already journeyed this far through deep meditation, there is probably nothing new to learn from me. For someone who hasn't yet come this far, even if I try to explain, it won't make sense.
Then why am I writing this at all? Simply to share the process.
Everything in this book belongs solely to my own life-what has happened to me, what I've experienced, and what I'm sharing from my own perspective. If I mention others here and there, it may be due to a conversation I once had with them, or something I experienced because of them. But I have absolutely no intention of pointing fingers at anyone.
All of this happened eleven years ago. Throughout this book, I refer to myself as "I" because it was I who experienced it. But I never give clarity about what form I was in at the time-what my state was, or who I truly was. This "I" could be my physical body, my Jeeva, my Aathma, or my original form.
No matter the form I was in, I always addressed the Divine Energy as Amma-either calling her "Amma," or "Sakthi Amma," or by name, depending on how I experienced her in that moment. In the same way, I addressed the Divine Father as Thandri.
This journey is not possible for anyone except those who have attained moksha (liberation). You might now wonder: If moksha has been attained, how can there be another birth? Many such questions may arise as you read. I simply ask you to read patiently, with openness, and try to understand. Every question will find its answer-either in this book, or in the next one, where I'll explain the unanswered ones.
I, the one recognized as a soul, was able to fully step out of the body. The soul has no boundaries, no relationship with time. It can travel across any yuga, any loka-beyond time itself. Even with such immense power, I realized that the only vessel through which I could reach the Origin was this body of mine.
My story ended the moment I crossed the wheel of time. My time was truly over. And yet, for certain important reasons, I remained. Though I had completed what I had come to do-and though I wished to share all that had happened until then-1 found myself unable to speak.
An immense peace had enveloped me. I remembered my responsibility, but my inner self no longer clung to anything. I lived in such deep stillness that, to be honest, I even forgot how to speak.
For some time, when someone asked me something, the answer would rise straight from within-without a single thought. It used to surprise even me: Is it really me who's speaking? If I had to consciously speak as "myself," I would struggle to find the right words.
I forgot many people, and even how I came to know them. My memory faded that much. After the meditation journey ended, I even forgot how to think. For several years, I lived a life with not a single thought-completely at peace. It took me this long just to return to a "normal" state.
