UNESCO have been trying very hard to do away with racial theories of all kinds including the Aryans, which are most unscientific:
'...the variety of opinions held on the subject...opinions which in many cases flatly contradict each other... must bring us to the conviction that the existence of the so called Aryan 'people' or 'race' is a mere myth since we find purely subjective criteria employed in the attempt to determine its home, without the slightest factual and scientific foundation!' UNESCO.
'The term 'Latin race', 'Slav race', 'German race' and of course 'Aryan race' are in common use... men fall into the error of regarding human groups which are only linguistically homogeneous as anthropologically uniform', ibid.
The 'racist myths of the twentieth century must seem to be based on science', 'at the price of the most shameless falsifications and contradictions', ibid.
Matters are 'greatly aggravated by the tendency to accept theories and hypotheses without the slightest critical examination'. ibid.
The present book narrates how the Aryan Hoax was instituted 'at the price of the most shameless falsifications and contradictions of Indian religion, history, sociology and polity. The author with an undaunted, reformative zeal endeavours to bring out the true identity of the Indians who are neither Aryans, nor Dravidians, neither tribals nor non-tribals.
This is high time that we throw away the colonial mould and mode of thinking and fashion out a new one befitting our true Indian identity. This is a part of a revolutionary process of remaking India.
