About The Book
One of the significant contemporary writers Dr. Raghvendra Narayan Singh has his unique poetic style to convey his views about life. His poems contain the truth of life which is universal in its contents. He transforms the simple events of life into a beautiful piece of poetry with the help of his imaginative power of expression. He is always close to reality. The prevalence of injustice, dishonesty and exploitation of one man by another hurt his poetic sentiments. He records his experiences truthfully to convey a message to the readers to adopt a life which should be based on values and ethics. His poetry depicts the sordid facts of life with a view to trans-forming the suffering lot of humanity. A close observer of the events which take place around him and across the world, he puts forth his ideas most authentically. He has his own vision and norms to judge the character and conduct of human beings. All the poems collected in this anthology express his ideas and feelings about life and humanity in general. The poems record different moods on different occasions. He feels the entire universe is in consonance with love, peace and feelings of coexistence. The emotions of love and compassion are the binding force in the cosmos. There is definitely a deep philosophy of life in the texts of his poems. They are meditative by and large.
