Book Description
About the Author
Shilpi Ahuja, widely known as Astro Shilpi Ahuja, is a practitioner, teacher, and seeker rooted in the living traditions of tantra, mantra, and astrology. Her work is shaped not by academic pursuit alone, but by lived experience-years of searching, unlearning, discipline, and direct transmission through Guru-Parampară (Guru Lineage). She is the founder of Astro Sadhguru Mantra, a platform created to bring depth, restraint, and ethical clarity back into spiritual practice. Through this work, she has consistently emphasised that astrology is not a tool of prediction, but a language of guidance; that mantra is not performance, but regulation; and that true sadhana (spiritual practice) is meant to stabilise life, not escape it. Shilpi's journey into Sharabha Sadhana did not begin with ambition for power or recognition. It emerged from a sincere need to understand intensity-emotional, psychological, and energetic-and to learn how to live with it without fragmentation. Under the guidance of Pujaya Bhupendra Dutt Sharma, her Guru, she was introduced to the Sharabha lineage as a path of regulation, responsibility, and inner authority. What followed was not transcendence away from life, but a deeper capacity to stand firmly within it. As a woman, a mother, and a householder, Shilpi represents a form of sadhana (spiritual practice) that is grounded and integrated. She believes that spiritual practice must coexist with real-world responsibility that strength and compassion are not opposites, and that restraint is the highest expression of power. Her work reflects a rare balance of intensity and gentleness, discipline and devotion.
