Dr. Mahesh Bhargava, M.A. (Psy.), M.Ed., Ph.D. is a well known figure & personality in the field of Psychology, Education and Management. He is the Ex-president of Section of Anthropological and Behavioural Sciences of the Indian Science Congress Association, Kolkata; President, Praachi Psycho-Cultural Research Association, Meerut; Chairman, Harprasad Institute of Behavioural Studies, Agra; Director, National Psychological Corp., Agra; President, CPCMRS, Alwar and Vice-President of Society for Community Mobilisations for Sustained Development, New Delhi. He has participated about 130 conferences and Seminars. To his credit 110 research papers and theoretical articles were published, contributed 10 psychological tests and 15 books. Associated with the editorial activities of 6 journals, obtained 3 National Awards and Editor of Psycho-lingua.
Dr. Saroj Aurora, M.Sc., M.Ed., Ph.D. is ICSSR General Fellow, Department of Psychology, C.C.S. University, Meerut; General Secretary, Praachi Psycho-cultural Research Association, Meerut. She has P.G. teaching experiences, in the Faculty of Education, Baikunti Devi Girls Post-Graduate College, Agra, for 28 years. To her credit she has published about 52 research papers in all national Journals developed 8 psychological tests and contributed 4 Books. She has attended 50 Conferences, Seminars and Workshops. At present, she is the Editor of Praachi International Association of Cross-Cultural Psychology, and Member Professional Women's Advisory Board of American Biographical Institute.
