This little book is of great importance to all of humanity. More than an addition to the intellectual understanding of each person, it is, in fact, a call from a great and loving soul who not only reveals the essence of the scriptures so that the unenlightened mind may easily understand them, but who also achieved the goal of spiritual enlightenment: samadhi (the pulseless, breathless state). With divine love and with great readiness, he received all who approached him. He had the illuminating power to give us immediate realization of the three divine aspects of our spiritual Self, or soul. Along with this, he taught the scientific procedures necessary for us to remain in touch with and united with our God-self continuously.
This great loving soul is Paramahamsa Hariharananda, the master and spiritual preceptor of the path of Kriya Yoga. He is a direct disciple of Swami Shriyukteshwar Giri, who wrote the famed book The Holy Science at the behest of Mahavatar Babaji Maharaj.
Babaji, the deathless saint, restored the lost arts of Kriya to the world and gave them to Shri Shyamacharan Lahiri Mahasaya, the great guru of Swami Shriyukteshwarji.
In this world of confusion, error, suffering, and death, the prayers of all souls to find the way to salvation and eternal life have not gone unanswered. Before his mahasamadhi in December, 2002, even a single meeting with Paramahamsa Hariharananda would give each person a renewed faith, as he opened our perception of the eternal soul within us, giving us the answers to life's most important questions: Who are we, and why are we here? This little book contains a discourse, a precious meeting, with Paramahamsa Hariharananda, our beloved Baba.
Books and commentaries about the Bhagavad Gita are numerous, however real metaphorical interpretations based upon deep spiritual practice and God-realization are extremely rare nowadays. This book is one of those rare, true interpretations.
Few people can clearly understand the deepest meaning of the Bhagavad Gita. This booklet about the Bhagavad Gita will show readers that each human body is a Bhagavad Gita in itself.
If you desire liberation, peace, bliss, joy, and motivation, then read this book and surely you will seek a truly realized master who will purify all bad qualities and will infuse you with godhood.
