I have collected the material from several academic institutions, viz., Delhi University Library, Sapru House Library, Nehru Memorial Museum and Library, Jawaharlal Nehru University Library, Indian Council of Historical Research Library Sahitya Akademic Library and Jamia Millia Islamia Library. I have also sought academic help from the writing of eminent social scientists: we feel much beholden to them.
Dr. Krutartha Chandra Mishra of Balangir, Odisha did his Post Graduation in Political Science, Public Administration, LLB, M.Lib & information Science and Ph.D from Sambalpur University. He is the author of the book "21st Century Library Management", "Understanding Political Theory", "A Textbook of Public Policy and Administration of India", "The Political Theory", "The Tahasildar in district Administration", "Principles and Practice of Human Rights", "Dominion Status Vs Complete Independence" and "Great Women Scientists of the World".
