This book is all about the journey during the spiritual awakening. This will be a guidebook to those who are walking the path and few, how meditation helps one in transforming one's life.
Those, who have just started exploring spirituality, looking for answers or help, "What, why is this happening? Why am I experiencing visions, encountering spirit guides, why is my body experiencing energies and immense body pains, and will I become a saint? Why me, how do people sitting in meditation help in the ascension of Mother Earth?" After all this, self-realization starts, and your life becomes miraculous.
I was neither spiritual nor religious, but I always considered myself a God-fearing person. I wasn't interested in reading books or engaging in spiritual practices but had a strong sense of conscience and believed in following a righteous path. Whenever I was deviated, I felt I was caught instantly, as if there was an unseen force guiding me. For instance, during college, I once tried bunking classes with friends but was immediately caught.
From an early age, I experienced visions and felt a deep connection with my favourite deities. I saw Lord Shiva sitting beside my daughter's bed, reassuring me that she was being taken care of, and didn't understand then.
During a visit to Shirdi, I felt Sai Baba was walking happily toward us. That day, despite the long queues, we miraculously got to participate in the evening aarti with our family and it felt divinely orchestrated. However, I dismissed these experiences as mere illusions created by my mind and never shared them with anyone.
In 2020, during a challenging phase in my life, I turned to meditation, thanks to the encouragement of my dear friend Bindu. My family was dealing with significant turmoil-my brother's separation from his family was deeply affecting my parents, and the overall situation felt overwhelming. Meditation became a cathartic outlet for me, and through intense practice, I began experiencing profound visions.
