I have written this Laughter Therapy book to initiate the concept of ‘How to laugh about everything in your life that isn’t really funny?’ I have made an earnest effort to make this book a complete laughter information guide for all my readers that will act as a total solution for happiness and good health. The book aims at making you realise the healing power of laughter. There are different laughter techniques that restore deep emotional wounds and you can have a healthier and happier living.
This book contains all the information about Laughter Therapy that you were unaware of, i.e., the myths and reality of a laughter therapy, how the therapy works, what are the benefits, the science behind it, and also tips on how to start your own laughter club.
Through my personal experiences and those of my colleagues’, I have tried to put the power of laughter into your hands, to maintain and enhance your health and happiness. The book has realistic suggestions on how to start your own laughter therapy, a much needed commodity in today’s world. The most imperative thing to learn from this book is Do not wait to be happy in order to laugh - instead laugh now, even in your most horrible mood, and laughter will lift you towards happiness - possibly not all at once, however it will have an evident positive effect.
Readers can also check out my websitewww.essenceoflaugjiter.com that has been specially designed to make people aware about the benefits of laughter therapy.
So, what are you waiting for? Start reading this book and practise laughter therapy to be a winner in life!!
