Book Description

Back of the Book expansion is life, all contraction is death. All love is expansion, all selfishness is contraction. Love is therefore the only law of life. He who loves lives, he who is selfish is dying. Therefore love for love's sake, because it is the only law of life, just as you breathe to live.

The highest ideal is eternal and entire self-abnegaion, where there is no 'l', but is 'Thou'.

Preface Man is the highest among the living beings on this earth. Except man all other living beings are controlled and guided by nature. Man is the only being who can control, conquer and mould the nature, external and internal. To make the human life valuable and useful, it has to be processed through various stages. The various steps in this regard were explained by Swami Satyarupanandaji Maharaj in a workshop for students of SSGMCE from 1st to 3rd Dec. 1996 on the topic, "The Meaningful Life".

He explained in a simple and lucid language that spirituality is the bedrock of meaningful life; but morality is the building block which builds the edifice of meaningful life.
