"There is a beautiful saying that goes: 'As your mind is, so will be your world. As your world is, so will be your mind. The mind and the world are closely intertwined. If we observe a problem in the world, it implies that the same problem exists in our mind and, consequently, in the world. The problem related to the world doesn't bother us much unless our mind continually reflects on it, rather than making an effort to solve it.
The mind becomes problematic when it doesn't heed our intentions. We all possess a complex mind, and one of the most effective methods to learn to manage it is undoubtedly through meditation. In meditation, the meditator must play a crucial role. This is possible if the meditator has knowledge of meditation. Unfortunately, many teachers make people practice meditation without adequately explaining its essence.
Keeping this concept in mind, I conducted a series of meditation lessons at Vishvamitra International Headquarters. During these lessons, I pleasantly noticed that the confusion of those listening to me gradually dissipated. Some time later, Laura Talamoni transcribed my lessons to create a work useful for all seekers. I am delighted to see this book in English and extend my blessings to Karthik Sunder, who edited this book.
blow I am confident that through this reading, the confusion about meditation will dissolve, and in the process, the meditator will find resolution. And when the meditator is resolved, meditation can naturally unfolds.
