It’s a perfect match between Viren (Abhay Deol) and Aditi (Ayesha Takia)… Caste, family, status and stars except that Viren wants to marry a catholic girl, Karen. Aditi and Viren decide that he would refuse to marry her. There is a furor and the refusal causes an ego tiff and severe fights between the families.
While Karen and her parents agree to Viren’s proposal, his parents stiffly refuse.
In the ensuing choos, he confinues to meet Aditi. They like to meet each other. He can be himself with her and she can say what she wants. Each time they meet, they think it is the last time they are meeting.
In a dramatic turn around, Viren realizes that he is in love with Aditi.
In another dramatic turn around, Viren’s family agrees to accept Karen as their daughter-in-law.
