Karma is the buzzword that has been around for quite some time now However, very few understand the essence of Karma. Jyotish Vidya or Vedic Astrology is that branch of our ancient Vedas that throws light upon our karmas and its fruits.
Rahu and Ketu are the planets closely connected with our karma. Many classical treatises on astrology like Brihat Parashara Hora, Phaladeepika, Jataka Parijata, Saravali, Chamatkara Chintamani, etc. have delineated their effects but none provide an exhaustive elicitation on the nodes. It must be noted that all the judgements provided in classical works cannot be applied verbatim. Most of the times, astrologers are prone to error when it comes to ascribing results to these two planets.
The author has developed "Shodasha Chhaya Sutras" or sixteen shadowy aphorisms for the nodal planets and presented them in a simple and lucid manner. These aphorisms can be applied directly to any horoscope and valid results can be obtained quite easily and quickly. However, it must be noted that this is not a shortcut technique and requires basic understanding of Vedic astrology.
In a way, he has demystified the workings of these shadowy planets and provided an invaluable tool for everyone to understand a horoscope better.
