About The Author
S. Venkatramanan, born in 1948, an Engineer by profession, residing in Mumbai, is an early alumnus of BITS, Pilani and IIT Kharagpur, a technocrat, a lifelong practitioner of Hinduism. He has been a MSME development consultant for over three decades and had worked with agencies and enterprises, across India and overseas. He has authored three books earlier. The first book titled "Designing the predesigned" enunciates the principles, practices, the concepts, and the terms of Hinduism to youngsters. The second book titled "My Commitment to a Green World" - Sandhya Vandana gives a fresh and practical look on this popular daily practice. It recognizes the sandhya Vandana as a "a strategic break" taken by all, thrice a day, all days to (1) Self examine one's own activities over the previous twelve hours, with a view to course correct, if need be (2) live in sync with Nature and work for green world (3) give auto suggestion for positive thinking. The third book "In Search of Light" compares the Vedic thoughts on creation with that of modern Science. This book takes the Nasadiya suktha, Aitereya Upanishad, Purusha Suktha, Nakshatra Sukhta, Navagraha Sutra and Aruna prasna as Pramanas - giving word by word meaning for each of these texts. This book "Udaka shanti The cosmic Energy supply chain", the fourth book, details how the energy from the point of singularity is coming into Human beings to give them the various values of life for living.
