He has developed, mentored, and led various technolon teams to success, ranging from big Fortune 500 companies to small tachnology startups. He has a Masters' in Electrical Engineering om the University of Texas and an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School. Harsha is also a fitness and lifestyle coach. His purpose in life is to continually learn and live the blissful life proclaimed in Vedanta and modern psychology. He is also passionate about educating the younger generation to develop purpose and meaning in all walks of life. He enjoys working out, hiking the great mountains, and spending mindful time with his family and his dog. He is married and lives with his wife and his teenage daughter in Austin, Texas.
