YALGAAR is a film born out of a collision between two strong opposing forces. One is in the form of Singhal a very powerful, influential business magnate whose dealings have not kept him within the law. SINGHAL’s very existence and position is in check due to another force called ASHWINI KUMAR an honest, brave and able Assistant Police Commissioner. Once friends their very roles rendered them enemies. ASHWINI KUMAR is now to be appointed Commissioner of Police which spells doom for SINGHAL who now wants ASHWINI KUMAR out of the way at any cost. One the other hand ASHWINI KUMAR is as determined to expose SINGHAL and his unlawful deeds, but arising out of this vendetta an under current of lava between their two families.
