A narrow, vertical frieze with three sections can be seen here. Each section is equally divided with identical peacock images. Knowing how colourful the bird is, it is surprising that the artist chose to refrain from bright colours and use only black and red. In a way, lack of colours helps to concentrate on other details. This splendidly poised peacock is painted for its decorative attraction and metaphorical significance-considered a symbol of immortality. As it spreads its wings, the features can be seen in layers. The peacock proudly turns its head on its right, aware of its beauty.
Maintaining the shape of the dancing peacock, the artist paints the vines, flowers and leaves the same way.
The way the artist has given furnishing touches to the painting, indicates her quest towards perfection.
