Mysore Rosewood Inlay Paintings for your Home Space

Mysore wood inlay paintings are traditional artworks that have been practiced in the Mysore city of South India for centuries. Showcasing the rich cultural and artistic heritage of the region, these paintings are highly appreciated for their aesthetic appeal across the globe. To carry out this art, a fine-grained wood type is used such as rosewood to be used as the base for the painting. A desired outline is created onto the surface using sharp materials such as ivory or metal.
