Madhya Laya is a group of young percussionists creating a magic of percussions on various instruments. It is a dialogue between these performers innovating a new dimension in the field of Tala Vadya. This group consists of both folk and classical instrumental like Pakhawaj, Tabla, Dholak, Harmonium, Sarangi, Hudko Daff (with stick) madal, Dafali, Matka and Angklung (an indonesion instrument). Madhya Laya creates new aspects of Tala Vadhya Kachahri where instruments craft innovative rhythms and sounds by flouting with each other.
This group has performed at Sawai Gandharva Music festival pune Saptak Music festival, Ahmedabad world trade fair, New Delhi Judicial (academy (in honor of the Chief justice of India). Bhopal, Shravan mahotsava Ujjain, Chakradhar festival, Raigarh, Ustad Allauddin, Khan Festival, Malhar, the rotary music festival Aurangabad Bharat Bhavan Bhopal Bangalore Habba, Bengaluru.
