This uniquely shaped diamond is made of sterling silver, amethyst cubic zirconia(cz). With the oval-shaped diamonds conjoined at the top of the pendant, it further extends downwards in a symetrical ""S-shapped"" lined with cz. At the bottom of the pendant is a large amethyst gem where both ""S-shaped"" lined with CZ connects at opposing ends of the gem.
