The Nagapash yantra is one of a kind. Employed in abundance in rural societies, its effectiveness has been vouched for by people since time immemorial. The thick, realistically engraved coils of a snake's body dominates the surface area of the copper sheet, and emerges on the top into a head to the left and a slender tail to the right. There are four enchanted squares on this yantra, inscribed with nine numbers each. It is their unusual combination that wields the power to fend off the highly specialised nature of accident. In the four intercardinal directions are four chakra-like motifs, and in the centre is painted the chant, "Om devadutta dhananjayay namaha".
