The term "Panchaloha" refers to an alloy of five sacred metals - gold, silver, copper, zinc, and iron - each believed to possess unique spiritual properties. The statue is created using the "Madhuchista Vidhana," or lost-wax casting technique, a meticulous process passed down through generations of skilled artisans. This ancient method begins with a wax model, which is then covered in clay. The clay mold is heated, melting the wax and creating a hollow space. Molten Panchaloha bronze is poured into the mold, and once cooled, the clay is broken away to reveal the final sculpture. The statue is then meticulously hand-finished, ensuring the intricate details and exquisite beauty are brought to life. This piece is more than just a statue; it's a tangible link to India's rich cultural and artistic heritage.
