Cast in the heavenly shades of the pink stone, Lord Ganesha appears in his rather inimitable form- Holding his own Prabhamandala with a Kirtimukha (face of flory), he also is seen dripping onto the pillars as the source of retaining the cosmic cycle and doing away with the obstructions in the symbolic sense. Assuming his own Ashtabhuja (eight-armed) avatar, his feet are positioned in Kunchita padam as he stands on the lotus disc! At his feet offered are his favorite bhoga - laddoos; while the Mushakas (mice) join their hands together in his veneration.

The Dance of Divine Beginnings

Immerse yourself in the celestial energy of Lord Ganesha with this magnificent statue, meticulously carved from delicate pink stone. Standing tall at 37 inches, this sculpture captures the dynamic spirit of Ganesha in his iconic dancing pose, a vibrant expression of joy and cosmic rhythm. Known as Vinayaka or Ganapati, Lord Ganesha is revered as the remover of obstacles and the deity of new beginnings, making this piece a powerful symbol for any space. The artistry displayed in this statue is truly exceptional. Each limb is rendered with fluidity, conveying the ecstatic movement of the divine dancer. Ganesha’s multiple arms are adorned with symbolic objects, each holding profound meaning in Hindu tradition. The intricate detailing extends to the delicate jewellery and flowing garments, testament to the master craftsman's skill and dedication. The serene yet powerful expression on Ganesha’s face invites contemplation and blessings, embodying his benevolent nature.

Guardians of Prosperity and Protection

Crowning this magnificent depiction is the Kirtimukha, a fearsome yet auspicious motif also known as the "Face of Glory." In ancient Indian mythology, the Kirtimukha was born from the rage of Lord Shiva to consume Ravana, who had boasted of his invincibility. However, Ravana begged for mercy, and Shiva then commanded the Kirtimukha to eternally feed upon itself, symbolizing unending devotion and the devouring of negative energies. Its presence above Ganesha signifies divine protection, warding off evil and ensuring the success of all ventures undertaken under its watchful gaze. The Kirtimukha's fierce, open-mouthed appearance serves as a powerful reminder that obstacles are to be overcome with courage and divine grace. The robust pedestal upon which Ganesha stands is equally impressive, adorned with detailed carvings. Tiny figures of mice, Ganesha’s vahana (vehicle), are strategically placed, emphasizing the inherent power and control of the Lord over even the smallest of creatures. The elaborate base further enhances the grandeur of the statue, creating a commanding presence that will undoubtedly become a focal point in your garden or sacred space. This exquisite pink stone creation is not merely a decorative piece but a conduit of spiritual energy and a timeless testament to the rich artistic heritage of India.
