As beautiful
as it sounds, the name ‘phulkari’ has been given to this dupatta in
relation to the word ‘phul’ (which means flower), where the entire dupatta is
embroidered with floral work making you stand apart in the
crowd. Phulkari first made its appearance in the Punjabi folklore of Heer
Ranjha and since then it has become every women's favorite. The two available varieties of phulkari dupattas are so unique with floral
embroidery on them, amongst which one of them is a multi-colored dupatta that can get along
absolutely well with almost any of your traditional attire. The borders of both the dupattas are so
uniquely crafted that you would notice that the border is sequenced in a
full-fledged manner in the case of the Fuchsia rose-colored phulkari dupatta.
Exotic India has certainly made these dupattas available at the most
appropriate timing because the festivities and wedding season are around the
corner and we wouldn’t want you to miss out on any of the trendiest looks of
this season.
