Dharma has been defined by Shri Shankaracharya as follows : `Dharma is that which accomplishes the three tasks of keeping the organisational setup of the society in excellent condition, bringing about the worldly progress of every living being, and facilitating their progress in the spiritual realm as well.'
Bhagawan ShrTkrushna has said - 'Whenever Dharma (Righteousness) is on the decline and adharma (Unrighteousness) is on the rise, I incarnate to establish Dharma'. According to this assurance, He will certainly re-establish Dharma. Just as when God lifted the Govardhan Mountain, the Gopa-gopTs supported it with their sticks, contributing towards the protection of Dharma amounts to abiding by Dharma as per the times.
The only lasting solution on perils that the society, Nation and Dharma face today - such as denigration of Deities, religious conversions, terrorism, corruption - is to establish a `Dharmarajya' similar to `Ramrajya'.
This `Dharmarajya' is a 'Hindu Nation' founded on the tenets of Dharma. Guidance on protecting Dharma and establishing a `Dharmarajya' has been provided in this Holy text.
