Er. P.L. Khushu graduated in Civil Engineering with distinction from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, M.P. He retired as a senior Civil Engineer from the State of Jammu & Kashmir. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer, consultant with the Institution of Engineers (India), and a fellow of the Indian Council of Arbitration, empanelled as an Arbitrator. He qualified as Jyotish Acharya from the Institute of Astrology, Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi, with distinction about 25 years ago, and pursued advanced research under the guidance of Sh. K.N. Rao, a world-renowned legend of astrology. He has attended several astrology seminars and authored books and numerous articles on astrology. Today, he is a practicing astrologer in high demand for his sharp predictive techniques.
