Foreword In this book, we are going to make some big claims - claims that are literally mind-blowing. We will try to prove these claims with logic, reasoning, and personal experience only. We will not be using any dogma, belief, or religious teachings. If you think that this particular thing or claim does not making any sense to me, you are free to question and even reject the claims. I believe that this book will change your life in the best possible way. This book will be equally helpful to all types of thinkers and seekers out there: the agnostics, the atheists, the spiritual, the religious, and the neutral undecided person. Any seeker of truth who believes in his or her own knowledge and is not a blind follower of someone else will be greatly helped by this work. We will also try to answer the most important question of human history: Who am I? What is the purpose of my life? This question struck me in childhood when I was sitting idly. Suddenly my attention was drawn to ants walking in a long line like soldiers. Suddenly a thought struck me... what is the purpose of these ants? Are they just born to live and die like this, doing this stupid line walk? Then I suddenly thought, what is the purpose of a human life? Just live for a few years, experience circumstantial fun or pain, and then die? Thousands of people live and die each day. Am I also a part of this horde? Am I that trivial? Or is there a real purpose for my existence? I didn't write this book to be an author. It's just that I wanted to get it out of my system. I have no interest in social service or being a guide or preacher.

Prologue You may be sure or unsure of anything in this world -why am I born into a rich or poor family, why am I sick with this disease, what's my fault, why do some people have cancer while people who smoke or drink daily for the last 40 years are having fun? Some people are born extremely lucky while some face problems at every step in life. Is there a God who controls this? Is the law of karma responsible for this? Is the law of attraction helpful to improve my situation? Is there a heaven? Will prayer or the so-called God help me? These are questions which confront us in our times of crisis. You may accept or deny any such pattern of thinking/belief but there is one thing which you can never doubt in this world your own SELF. Can you deny that I exist? Nobody can. The denial of self itself proves the existence of denier's self. What is this "thing" I call "My Self" and why is it so important to know that? Our reasoning will begin with this fundamental question.
