It gives me immense pleasure that Dr. Prof. Dinesh Chandra Amritlal Negandhi is bringing out his research work on Nadi Astrology in book form by compiling and complimenting his various articles published in illustrious astrological magazines like "The Times of Astrology" and "Express Star Teller". I met Prof. Negandhi for the first time on 25th December, 2002 in Ahmedabad in the Patel Auditorium in a seminar organized by Hindu Astrological Society, London (U.K.) wherein late Rev. C.S. Patel, the legend in Indian astrology was felicitated and I got an opportunity to be there as "Chief Speaker" on the occasion. If I remember correctly, Mr. Negandhi was spotted by eminent Astrologer & Author, Mr. U.K. Jha who immediately introduced him to me during lunch break. Prof. Negandhi is otherwise a regular contributor to the "The Times of Astrology," and I found that his articles are as sober as his charming personality. The discipline given by his career in Naval NCC as Lt. Cdr. has inculcated skills in his writing to be at par with scientific temperament.
I wish him and his work a grand success and congratulate the readers in the field of astrology to be fortunate enough to have such good work not available otherwise in the market but through the author Prof. Negandhi.
So, many efforts are done to churn knowledge from ancient texts of Nadi Astrology (Samhitas). It is my humble effort to present an unique work and also to present the hidden secret of Nadi Astrology. Nadi is a wide term, which varies according to the sages. Some Nadi Texts are based on Moon or Sun or constellation etc. Here, I have tried myself best to decipher the language of great seven sages. These Nadies are mainly. "Bhrigu Nadi", "Brihar-Nadi", "Nandi Nadi", "Saptarshi Brihat Nadi" etc. etc. These Nadies are having neither Moon, Nor ascendant. It is required to change the basic ideology of Astrology. Importance is given to planets and not to moon or to ascendant. The unique example can be cited by reckoning the position of two planets, namely Saturn and Jupitor. One can give accurate year of starting of best year of life. This best period is minimum of 15 to 25 years of life. A readymade table is given in the article, "Essence of or researches on Nadi Astrology". The exceptions are also narrated in details. This searched out principles are applying in all charts of "Bhrigu Samhita" "Bhrigu Nadi", "Brihat Nadi", "Nandi Nadi" and "Saptarshi Nadi".
My different articles, which are published mainly by, "Times of Astrology" "Planets and forecast" "Express Star Tellor" And are compiled with great thanks to them and are presented before you in a form of Text. This is the compilation along with additional highly valued articles including unique principles like "Essence of Nadi Astrology" which is included in this small treatise for the benefit of research scholars as well as all interested readers. Elaboration is done widely in keeping in view of both the groups. This is the Ist volume and we intend to publish more volumes depending on the views of readers.
greatly impressed by the marvellous publications given by Prof. R. G Rao whom, I humbly salute. He has presented marvellous translations of ancient Nadi texts written by the great seven sages; who are the creator of Samhitas or Nadi Texts; which are engraved on "Tadpatras".

I have read so many articles on "Nadi AStrology" and I am induced to present a simplest form and method on Nadi Astrology. Here "Dasas" or "classified charts", Ashtakvarga or "Bindu Sodhna" etc. are not required to study.
To understand in a lucid way, I have given important guidelines under the heading, "To Read between the lines", which will help the readers at large.

As we all know and confirm the uniqueness of principles of Nadi Astrology, which are universal and applicable to all in overall circumstances. My efforts in that direction will definitely help you and I hope you will accept them.
Though as a science, every principle always have exceptions, which proves it as a science. Here also I have narrated such exceptions in details along with examples.
